Russell is a psychologist and Love Doc at DateRaters.com. He is a serial start-up sucker who lends his deep expertise to counsel and coach individuals on their relationships. DateRaters is Russell's brainchild, having spawned out of his multitude of online dating hi's/lo's. He created the DateRaters scientifically-validated PIES instrument and Typology from his depth of personality-based knowledge. Additionally, he regularly contributes his random thoughts on love to the Love Docs DateLine, Blog and his ChiCityPunk tweeps.

Amanda Seidler, Ph.D.
Chief Strategy Officer and Love Doc

Amanda is a psychologist and Love Doc at DateRaters.com. She hearts entrepreneurial technology ventures and has years of experience in providing feedback and coaching to help everyone from suits to singles realize their dreams. She contributed to the development of the DateRaters PIES instrument and Typology and writes on-and-off for the Love Docs DateLine, Blog, and her DateRaters tweeps.

Anya Novik
Chief Technology Officer

Anya is a lead developer and CTO at DateRaters.com. She has 10+ years experience working in start-up's and is a guru in all things Java, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, and any other language that matters at the moment. She built the entire site with her own two hands and has all of the code memorized.
